What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are presently shipped via UPS with one exception: orders of CDs only with total quantity of 3 CDs or less may be shipped first class mail, if you choose this option during the check-out process.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours, but when items are being restocked, shipping may take up to ten business days. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email with details as soon as possible. Upon request you may receive an email with the tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Upon request, we can email a UPS tracking number.
What is the Spookathon.com return policy?
Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We promise to do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with your experience. However, because our products are either customized items based on your artwork using the Spookathon web applications or digitally recorded music which can be easily duplicated, returns are limited to defective merchandise only. Please email us at service@Spookathon.com in the event of defects.
Can my order be shipped to a PO BOX?
Due to the contents of some of the products, only some items can be shipped to a PO Box. Please email us at mail@Spookathon.com to find out more.
Can I ship my order outside the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship our products within the United States. Although a few can be shipped to Canada. Please email us at mail@Spookathon.com to find out more.
Other Shipping Information.
Spookathon.com is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Spookathon.com. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. PremierGiftIdeas will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. |
